Richard is the CRS Country Representative in Indonesia. He has more than 16 years of experience in development work and in managing poverty alleviation programs. He has served as CRS Country Representative in Morocco, Rwanda, Cameroon, and Cambodia.

Susan has been the CRS Country Representative in Cambodia since January 2007. She has 18 years experience in development in Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza, Egypt, Cambodia and the United States of America, 8 years of which included managing microfinance programs.

Mark is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at the CRS Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He has served as CFO in various private corporations and development organizations prior to joining CRS. He brings to TPC a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of corporate finance.

Korng was assigned as TPC Employee Representative in the Board in 2005. Also, he has served as Branch Manager of TPC Samrong-Bati in Takeo Province since January 2002. He has long years of working experience in management, microfinance, and training with the government and private sector before joining TPC.
